Ordering & Payment

  •  All standard products require a 144-piece minimum order.
  • A one-time setup fee of $140 covers a single design/print and is waived on exact reorders.

We accept ACH transfer or business check.

Production & Lead Times

Once your digital proof is approved, in-stock products typically ship in 4 weeks.

For bottles requiring non-standard colors or special coatings, we first provide a color chip for your approval. Final delivery is typically within 90 days of both chip and artwork approval.

Shipping

In the rare event of a carrier delay or lost package, we will work directly with the shipper to resolve the issue or replace the order in line with standard industry practice.

We ship throughout the U.S. and internationally.

Calculated shipping is added to your invoice, or we can ship using your own carrier account.

Please inspect all cartons upon delivery and note any visible damage with the carrier.

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, tariffs, and import taxes.

Limited Lifetime Promise

To file a claim, submit a request on our Contact page
or call 541-761-1045 with your order details and a brief description (photos help). We’ll arrange a replacement or a refund.

  • Craftsmanship flaws in assembly or finish
  • Material defects in the stainless steel or components
  • Loss of vacuum insulation
  • Normal wear and tear, dents, punctures, scratches, or fading/chipped paint
  • Improper use of the product
  • Damage from improper cleaning, disassembly, or post-purchase modifications
  • Mold on silicone seals or gaskets caused by inadequate cleaning or drying
  • Accidental damage caused by the product owner
  • Discontinued products

Artwork & Design

  • Vector: AI or EPS preferred.

  • Raster: JPEG, PNG, or TIFF at full print size—at least 3300 × 2700 pixels (11 × 9 in at 300 DPI).

  • Lower resolutions may affect print quality; we may request alternate files if needed.

  • We print using CMYK process. Digital displays use RGB, so some color variance is normal.
  • Pantone matches are produced within the Pantone Coated (C) range; some colors cannot be perfectly matched in CMYK.
  • A $150 custom sample is available if you’d like to verify color accuracy before full production.

By submitting artwork, you confirm you own the rights or have obtained permission to reproduce all elements.
CARGO Drinkware will not be held responsible for copyright infringement on customer-supplied designs.

  • Up to two hours of design time are included in the setup fee—ideal for logo placement, color matching, or simple repeating patterns.
  • Complex or highly detailed illustration work will be quoted separately.

Privacy & Data

Customer contact details are stored securely in Salesforce.

Design files are archived in secure cloud storage for at least three years to make reorders easy.

We will permanently delete your files on request, but any future reorders will require resubmission of artwork and a new setup fee.

We never sell or share your data with third parties.
